One tested scoring engine now powers this report and the season rider/horse report, preventing the same result from being calculated differently in separate places.
How these standings are calculated
Best 14 droppable scoring slots: normal droppable appearances use one slot. A droppable double-points result is divided into two equal, independent slots, so one half can count while the other falls outside the cutoff.
State Finals and other non-droppable shows count outside the 14-slot limit. Canceled shows, non-members, deleted riders, and riders without the matching season membership in this area remain excluded. Ties use competition ranking such as 1, 2, 2, 4; earnings do not break a points tie.
